Mannheim These are your tasks in our team • Supporting account management in new customer acquisition and lead generation • Implementation of cold and warm-acquise telephone calls and initial contact with interested parties: • Support for e-mail campaigns for customer consultation • Pre- and post-processing of contacts in the Salesforce CRM system • Maintenance and updating of the CRM system • Documentation of sales activities
