Perception of the building function for construction and infrastructure projects Integrated control of new, remodeling and refurbishment projects over all phases of the project Ensuring cost, appointment and quality objectives Coordination and control of planning offices, specialist planners and exporting companies Examination of planning, technical concepts and tender and award documents Management of planning, coordination and construction meetings Monitoring the construction design and monitoring of acceptances and warranty processes Participation in risk, contract and follow-up management Creation of reports and decision templates and ensuring compliance with legal and technical requirements Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, technical regulations and administrative requirements

Completed studies in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in the planning, control or realization of building and infrastructure projects Knowledge of HOAI, VOB and relevant technical regulations Experience in dealing with planning offices, specialist planners and exporting companies routine in cost, appointment and follow-up management Structured and solution-oriented working with a high sense of responsibility Communication strength, enforcement and team spirit Safe handling of digital work and project management tools Willingness to accompany projects regularly on site Excellent knowledge of German at a negotiated level (C2)
