Monitoring the filling according to specifications (production plan, product accompanying certificate) Operation of the units Supply of raw materials and raw materials Compliance with cleaning plans and safety regulations Ensuring general order and cleanliness in responsibility Reconstruction of plants in the wet area Communication with syrup room and laboratory Conducting and documenting quality controls according to specification (QM documents) Documentation of the production process in the BDE system Incomplete information from the shift leader/plant master in case of deviations in terms of quality and proper production processes

Ideally, training in a profession of food technology or other technical training First professional experience, preferably in the food industry Good work organization and a look at the essentials Good understanding of the German language in word and writing Willingness to shiftwork and occasional work (season business) Independent working and pleasure in team work
