HR Manager Systems and Processes (m/f/d)

There is nothing without you – because you, together with your team, ensure smooth operation, maintenance and further development of our HR system landscape (SAP S/4HANA, HR Suite Guidecom, Org Management System INGENTIS etc.). You are SAP key user – and you are responsible for the operation and further development of the SAP HCM system (including customizing the modules PA, PY and OM). Together with your team, you make our HR systems fit for the future – take over the technical project management, implement adjustments and are a central interface to the providers. You are responsible for reliability – in the maintenance of organizational structures as well as the administration of role and authorization concepts. You are the first point of contact – for user questions, for training, and thus help to shape the digitization of personal processes.

You bring at least five years of professional experience, of which three years in dealing with SAP HCM as well as other HR systems and their interfaces. You are burning for the digitalization of the HR world and you are characterized by a high IT affinity. A completed study in the field of (economic) informatics, business management, personnel management or comparable training is a plus but not a compelling prerequisite. Analytical thinking skills and a good understanding of operating processes and organizational structures characterize you. Team skills, good communication skills and fun on projects complete your profile. Experience in project-based work is advantageous.
