Self-analysis and processing of complex legal issues focusing on renewable energies, including wind power, energy management and procurement law Legal advice on tailor-made solutions in the context of the WWE Group Own-sponsored accompaniment and implementation of legal changes in the field of wind power incl. derivation and coordination of necessary process adaptations Negotiation, creation and further development of contracts (including model and framework contracts) Active participation in internal voting and decision-making processes and regular information of the departments on relevant legal developments Representation of the WWE Group to external parties and to courts Coordination and control of cooperation with external law firms, lawyers and notaries

Master's degree in Business Law, 2. State Exams Law or Comparative Qualification Professional experience in legal advice on wind power projects and related regulatory requirements An analytical and independent way of working and the willingness to continue in the energy sector Impressed communication capability and safe occurrence against internal and external stakeholders
