Team Leader Transport - South

These are your tasks: You coordinate and plan the optimal use of employees as well as transport means to create a reliable tour planning for dispatchers. You control external transport companies and involve drivers. You manage invoices at agreed level. You ensure that legal requirements (learning & working hours, hazardous goods) as well as internal budgets are complied with. You enter uncertain situations and follow-ups. You analyze customer complaints and identify opportunities for improvement. You are a member of the International Transport Team and are actively involved in team meetings. You organize toolbox meetings and carry out job inspections on site. You run a team of approx. 10–15 employees, including coaching, regular discussions and the incorporation of new colleagues

That's what you bring: Completed training / study Multiannual professional experience as a disponent :in – including relevant legal knowledge (transport/learning times). Driving licence class B; driving licence class CE is desirable. Responsibility for work security, quality and improvement in day-to-day business. Joy of employee leadership, team development and clear communication. General readiness to travel to our sites. Especially the depots in Wörnitz and Biebesheim.
