Technical Property Manager (m/f/d)

In our offices we are looking for ambitious Technical Managers (m/w/d), who do not seek a purely strategic task, but find the mix of operational real estate management and strategy exciting. Your versatile tasks include: Monitoring the proper technical operation by controlling and controlling the respective contracted building management service providers. Ensuring compliance with statutory, building regulations and insurance-related requirements by assuming and controlling the required (SV, SK and VdS) checks and obtaining necessary regulatory approvals. Pick up and commission offers for deficiencies, repair and renewal as well as control, acceptance and billing of these lines incl. Documentation check us warranty tracking. Participation in the creation of technical object strategies for selected objects based on economic and design-oriented framework conditions. Control of the technical commissioning phases after purchase or revitalization for takeover into technical control operation. Participation in the planning of capex, maintenance and repair budgets and measures based on the respective object strategy and their implementation in the role of the responsible project manager and taxer. Accompanying lease negotiations for demanding rent-out buildings as well as controlling the realization in the function of the responsible contractor representative incl. the control of architects, engineers and experts. Takeover of object and project related reporting skills at costs, dates, qualities as well as required provisions and planned liquidity outflows. Participation in the definition and implementation of measures based on the higher-level Branicks sustainability strategy incl. Participation in building certifications and funding applications.

Successfully completed master's degree in the field of architecture, construction, engineering, state-tested technicians or masters in building or construction works. Relevant professional experience in the real estate industry as owner representative, project manager, technical property or facility manager. Impressed entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as high willingness to use and a result-oriented and self-responsive working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Managed handling of MS Office applications in particular Excel as well as the usual technical and commercial real estate management programs Embossed communication skills in word and writing in German.
