WHAT DO YOU RECOMMENDATION All fresh meals by instruction and/or plan Support in food planning and introduction of own ideas continuously determine and forward goods to the kitchen controllers and/or suppliers in consultation Unpacking, counting, and documenting goods deliveries, comparison with delivery documents and, if necessary, Complaints for deviations Proper storage of goods Use, adjust and retrieve the machines and plants in the kitchen area Monitoring and control of cleaning personnel when performing all cleaning and disinfection work, if necessary Creating complaint protocols. Compliance with all hygiene and safety regulations and internal standards
