Together for excellence. In engine development at Mercedes-Benz, we develop state-of-the-art, efficient and efficient internal combustion engines. For the field of combustion development/basic application V8/V12 engines we are looking for an internship. These challenges include: Processing into combustion development and engine application Planning and implementation of test series at the engine and vehicle test bench Development of internal application and evaluation routines Planning and coordination of project-specific vehicle modifications Evaluation, preparation and presentation of test results Reporting and results presentation in internal specialist bodies independent, interdisciplinary work with various departments The activity can start from January 2026.

Degree course in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, electrical engineering or a comparable degree course Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Good understanding of internal combustion engine relationships in the overall system vehicle First experience with application, simulation and evaluation software desirable Commitment and team skills Analytical thinking and strategic working Valid driving permit class B (car) An internship period of 6 months is desirable Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
