completed academic studies of the Department of Business Informatics or Business Administration with a focus on computer science extensive experience in strategy implementation, in particular in the development and implementation of control instruments and methods deepened knowledge of strategic management methods, in particular target system and key figures comprehensive, wide-ranging IT expertise and sound knowledge in the field of IT strategy development mastery of business methods and management techniques as well as their communication to third parties and the comprehensible presentation of work results proven competence in the design of IT processes (ITIL) and project management as well as a routined handling of common IT applications Multiannual experience in the environment of IT systems and IT infrastructures as well as basic knowledge in IT security Experiences in cooperation with statutory accident insurance are advantageous Basic knowledge of business topics (budget and budget planning, order controlling) are advantageous innovative thinking high communication and cooperation capability Pleasure of independent, independent activity, as well as team skills high level of initiative and motivation as well as organisational strength
