In order to strengthen our team of Global Assekuranz Versicherungsmakler GmbH, we will now look for you as an insurance consultant (m/w/d) for private customers. You primarily serve house administrations as well as demanding private customers and are the first point of contact for all technical concerns in the composite sector You can handle telephone and written customer requests sovereignly, do not show any fears of contact in direct contact and provide professional communication In daily exchange with customers, you recognise cross- and up-selling potentials and actively develop existing customer relationships You examine conditional works, create technical assessments and thus support colleagues in the field of external services You take over a wide range of tasks that go far beyond the pure audit of the contract – including clarification of complex facts and structured preparation of decision bases You bring a basic understanding of damage processes. Experience with tap water damage or comparable is advantageous

You have successfully completed your training as a businesswoman (m/w/d) for insurance and financial investments, insurance specialist or a comparable qualification You have at least 3–5 years of professional experience in the field of insurance, ideally in the field of internal services, back office or in cooperation with the field of external services In addition, you will bring professional experience from areas such as home administration, family office or the care of demanding private customers and feel safe in this environment Ideally, you know typical documents and processes in the composite area, in particular about tap water damage and technical reports You have the pleasure of contacting customers by phone, editing inquiries structured and solution-oriented, and keep an overview even in the event of a high rise and complex topics Your working method is very careful, service-oriented and characterized by high reliability In dealing with customers, you stand up confidently, communicate clearly and according to target groups A safe handling of the current MS Office and broker administration programs as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing complete your profile
