Childcare Provider - Springkraft (m/f/d)

We are looking for a dedicated educator (m/w/d) as a spring force to ensure our educational work in the stationary housing groups of integration aid as well as child and youth aid.

The place is to be occupied in part-time or full-time and includes the area of use in Dithmarschen (mainly Heide, Hennstedt, Meldorf and Krumstedt).

As a jumping force, you can also support our teams with unplanned personnel failures and flexibly participate in different housing groups. Holiday representatives are coordinated and coordinated in advance.

Your tasks

Support: With your commitment, you support the group daily. You can help with the planning of leisure design, promoting skills, support and documentation.

Flexibility: You bring openness to changing locations and target groups. Whether with children, adolescents or adults - with empathy and heart you encounter different people with their stories.

Team spirit & communication: New teams complement your clear communication and commitment. Also in exchange with residents and externals you show your professionalism and aptitude.

Your profile

Qualification: You have completed a training as an educatorin (Heilerziehungspflegerin, Heilpädagog*in o. cf.) and you are sure to go with MS-Office and have ideally already gained professional experience in child and youth assistance or integration aid.

Engagement:You dare to master challenging situations safely and in a solution-oriented manner and approach your tasks with commitment and expertise.

Sustainability: You are flexible and confident in short-term deployments and quickly adjust to new teams and different framework conditions. You can see a variety of applications and tasks as enrichment. Shift service is self-evident.
