Strategic and technological development in the field of software New and further development of the product portfolio in close coordination with the management Coordination of external development partners and control of third-party service providers Cross-departmental project coordination from requirement analysis to acceptance Analysis, evaluation and structured handling of customer problems Coordination with other specialist departments for holistic solution finding Close coordination with the Heads of Life Cycle Management and Development, as well as the Senior Head of Research & Development in Planning and Priority of All Topics Technical coordination of the software development team, content management and guaranteeing availability, evaluation of software architecture and software design Decisions Planning, organisation and implementation of projects by time, cost and quality in close coordination with the relevant field managers Analysis and Optimization of Cross-Team Development Processes Ensuring a sustainable knowledge transfer within the team

Complete technical/university studies in computer science or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience both in the professional management of software development teams and as an active software developer Detectional project experience in the entire software lifecycle – from request to release Knowledge of C/C++ (obligatory) and ideally other relevant programming languages Insufficient knowledge about methods, processes and tools of software development (e.g. Agile, Scrum, Git, CI/CD) Deep technical understanding of embedded systems and/or complex software architectures Above-average communication and team capacity as well as strong enforcement capability Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
