What you do good

• They accompany children and young people with severely multiple disabilities in the KiWi Group and actively shape their everyday lives

• You support young people in your individual needs and in the development of your possibilities and skills

• They work closely with therapists, teachers and relatives to ensure holistic support

• You plan and conduct leisure activities that meet the needs and interests of children and young people

What you want

• A completed training in medical education, nursing or a comparable qualification and ideally experience in work with children and young people with disabilities

• Empathy, patience and joy in working with young people and the willingness to cooperate in an interdisciplinary team

• Affiliation to a Christian church is not a must, all are welcome. But it is important to us that all employees carry our Christian values such as charity, respect and responsibility and live in everyday work
