Accounting in the fields of acquisition and open access publications Collection of invoices in the ALMA library system Detection, formal examination and settlement of input invoices in the RUB electronic accounting system (JobRouter), creation of initial invoices, monitoring of payment transactions in the information management system (financial information) Invoicing of community media offerings funded with faculties Evaluation of decentralized and media related costs in the RUB electronic accounting system (information budget) Reportings and statistics, including ALMA Analytics
