Platform Architect ServiceNow

As a platform architect:in you will be responsible for the comprehensive design and the comprehensive technical planning of the ServiceNow platform. You make sure that all solutions within the platform architecture are scalable, secure and consistent and meet the technical and strategic requirements of enercity. You ensure interoperability with existing IT systems or their integration into the platform. Furthermore, you take care of the continuous operation and ensure the continuous optimization of the platform in close coordination the MSP. You define and monitor methods for deployments, implementation, monitoring and upgrade cycles. You also have the responsibility for the business continuity and the data management of the platform. To do this, together with the MSP, you define binding standards and best practices for configuration and customization, integration, security, data quality and user experience to make the platform sustainable, secure and user-friendly. You identify relevant technologies and innovative functions within the ServiceNow platform and plan appropriate initiatives for transition and integration into existing architecture. Together with the Owner ServiceNow platform, you pursue the goal of continuously developing the platform and adapting it flexibly to changing business requirements. Advising internal IT teams and specialist areas for best technical practices and serviceNow solutions and innovations does not present you a hurdle. To do this, in cooperation with the Owner platform, you will act as an interface between IT-Governance, Security, Enterprise Architecture and conduct these trainings to ensure the secure and effective use of the platform by all parties. In strategic IT companies, together with the Owner platform, you take a leading role in the further development of the platform. You work closely with other IT departments and management to ensure that the technical orientation of the platform matches the goals of enercity.

You have completed academic studies (Master or Diploma) of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline. In addition, you have sound knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, its instance strategy and central modules (ITSM, CSM, SPM, etc.). In addition, you have extensive experience in the design and technical planning of complex ServiceNow architectures, in particular with regard to integration strategies, scalability, security and data consistency. You are perfectly familiar with the definition and implementation of best practices for configuration, integration, data management, security and user experience within the platform.
