Head of Department (m/w/d) Commercial and Infrastructural Facility Management

As a specialist group manager (m/w/d) for the commercial and infrastructural building management, you will run a 22-member team, divided into two specialist groups. This combines leadership with a view to processes, quality and cooperation. The department of commercial building management takes over the contract management of the management services through accounting and con­tacting, and has a constant impact on the optimization of the contract structures and uniform contractual conditions. The infrastructural building management department is responsible for the adoption of the awards and development of the performance standard within the framework of management services, such as cleaning services, object security, external masters and any additional needs. In this case, the centrally organized quality assurance method for cleaning services is also in this section.

You take over the organizational, personal and professional leadership of the two specialist groups They control work processes, set priorities and ensure smooth cooperation in the teams You will continue to develop your employees, conduct feedback talks and promote self-explanatory work They actively shape structures and processes and ensure clear roles, competences and transparent communication They support your team in complex and legal issues, accompany quality controls and take special cases, such as complaints or failures They shall contribute to alerts and terminations They are conceptually involved, inter alia, in the development and standardization of cleaning and master's services and in processes in contract management, in the area of cost management and billing, and derive concrete measures. They will further analyse and develop policy topics of both groups They maintain efficient and targeted communication and cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
