Bauingenieur / Civil Engineer & Maintenance Manager / Architect (m/f/d)

You coordinate the planning and execution of maintenance measures with a focus on concrete repair and static refurbishment of different buildings at the Munich site

You arrange structural studies, create repair concepts for defects and control planning and implementation

You contribute to the planning preparation of short-, medium- and long-term renovation projects and provide advice and feasibility studies

You take over the project management of refurbishment projects over all phases of the HOAI and ensure the success of the project by coordinating all participants.

You create, control and monitor schedules of appointments and costs and are responsible for ordering, accounting and cost management

You perform operator obligations, ensure stand-alone safety, construction site safety and work protection and advise internal specialist departments as well as service partners in structural measures

You have completed university studies (Dipl.-Ing./ Master) in civil engineering with a focus on building studies and concrete repairs

You bring at least 5–7 years of professional experience in the planning and implementation of construction and rehabilitation measures in civil and civil engineering

You have comprehensive knowledge of relevant legal regulations, regulations and standards (including BayBO, VOB, HOAI, DIN 1076, VDI 6200)

You have relevant training and training in the field of concrete repair and experience in the project management of renovation projects

You are safe to use MS Office, CAD, AVA and scheduling software
