Group Leader Cyber Resilience (m/f/d)

You lead the Cyber Resilience Group of Group Security and take responsibility for its results and well-being as well as for the efficiency, effectiveness and continuous improvement of performance and key figures. You are responsible for the company-wide orientation, control and further development of cyber resilience capabilities for IT and OT with a focus on governance and strategic control, as well as their measurement based on key figures and maturity levels. You are responsible for the operation and further development of the Dimension Information Security in the company's central reslience management system (operator of critical systems) as well as the creation and continuous improvement of comprehensive security policies, procedures, concepts and standards for IT and OT according to the state of the art. You control the cross-cutting treatment of major cyber incidents in IT and OT. You are involved in the defense of cyber attacks in IT and OT as well as in the corresponding control by crisis and emergency bars. You advise and support executives of all levels, value owners and employees of the group of companies in the operational implementation of cyber resilience and guide complex cross-border security-related projects so that You reach the target parameters (target, time, quality).

A completed study of (economic) informatics with a focus on information or IT security (Master/Diplom) or equivalent skills or experiences form your theoretical basis. You have well-founded knowledge and experience (min. 5 years) in information and IT/OT security, especially ISO 27000 (including certified ISMS), basic BSI protection, ITSCM, NIS-2, NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK and the respective operational implementations including readiness for continuous independent training; ideally complemented by appropriate personal certifications. Knowledge and experience of BCM are of advantage. Extensive knowledge of current topics in information and IT/OT security, including willingness to continuous independent training, will help you. Extensive knowledge of legal requirements for information and IT/OT security and resilience requirements for critical plants (especially sectors of energy, water, settlement waste management) and supporting ICT services, including the appropriate testing and detection procedures, complete your profile. High analytical and conceptual skills, safe occurrence, pronounced communication, cooperation and consulting skills, high self-responsibility, self-motivation and readiness to use, high resilience with decision-making even in emergency situations shape your personality. Based on your very good communicative skills and your strong senses for your team's individual requirements, you'll be planning a constructive feedback culture with your employees and trading situation-oriented.
