We are looking for a: Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Your tasks We organize routines digitally, maintain standards and organize structuredly without forgetting that individuality is significant for experiences. You will become an important co-host and initiator.

You will continuously train your team members and help you as a coach in personal and professional development. Learning is part of our daily work – this Credo supports you.

You take responsibility for an economically successful R&B sector and have key figures such as sales, goods use and personnel costs at any time.

You plan the personnel deployment together with your executives and make sure that the right people are in the right place at the right time.

Quality is important to you and you already know in passing details that have not been handled with necessary care. You then make sure that these small mistakes are corrected and check how to avoid them sustainably.

You see yourself as a host and are happy to be in the company of our guests. When it is necessary, it means fun for you and not a non-preventing exception.

What we have to offer Over-tariff salary

Up to 15% of your salary as a bonus (coupled to truly achievable goals)

EUR 150 per month as a presence premium
