You support the creation, testing and management of rental contracts and participate in contract extensions and contract changes. For our external house administrations, you provide data for operating expenses and support them in their control. As a representative for renters, landlords and external house administrations, you will handle issues, coordinate necessary repairs and take care of billing. To create the sustainability report, you will assemble relevant data and prepare them. In addition, you will be planning and updating area and real estate data of the objects of our clientele and will ensure a timely completion of the financial year.

You bring a completed vocational training to / to the real estate businessman / businesswoman (m/w/d) or a similar training, as well as the ability to work in the field of house management.
