We are looking for a specialist (m/w/d) in the field of insurance and fleet management at our location in Echzell. In this role you take over the holistic management of our fleet. You are responsible for the independent supervision and coordination of our service vehicles – from planning to operational management. Your tasks: You purchase service vehicles on request and after approved approval You regularly check the existing insurance policies for their cost-effectiveness as well as their scope of performance and, if necessary, give them the following: Recommendations for adaptations of the policy The independent settlement of insurance damage and the management of an insurance mirror You monitor the service and inspection dates for service vehicles and initiate their implementation You independently check the pool vehicles for defects and replacements The independent testing and commissioning of repairs according to sensuality or Need also belongs to your tasks You collect damage messages independently and document them The monitoring of fleet costs and the control and documentation of the driving licence are your responsibility

Your profile: Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) You have well-founded knowledge in insurance, in particular in the divisions You convince by cost-conscious action and business knowledge, e.g. in accounting A high service orientation as well as a pronounced organizational talent characterize you Communicatively you convince by a precise and professional way of expression, both oral and written You have a class B licence You have profound knowledge of the application of the MS Office Suite, especially Excel A binding appearance and a high degree of reliability complete your profile
