As Senior Project Manager (m/w/d), you take a key role in developing, controlling and implementing sophisticated logistics solutions. You are responsible for the Processes & Operations subproject in complex new-customer projects in Central Germany and work closely with internal interfaces. With your project and warehouse expertise, you create innovative logistics solutions and actively promote their successful implementation across Germany. How to introduce yourself Takeover of subproject management and expert roles in new customer implementations within contract logistics Development, detailing and optimization of end-to-end logistics processes, design of layouts and implementation of throughput and capacity calculations Conducting analyses to increase quality and cost-effectiveness in the locations of the Area Mitte e.g. in the fields of warehouse technology, material flow and automation Creation of logistics concepts, target process architectures, function descriptions and work instructions (SOPs) Training for administrative and commercial employees derivation of process requirements for the WMS including EDI including definition of test cases and monitoring of integration tests

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering or business management with a focus on logistics or comparable Practical experience (mind 5 years) from contract logistics, like project management or operational activity Found experience in the design and calculation of warehouse logistics projects Professional handling of common project management methods and IT tools High commitment, discipline and fascination for complex requirements and topics Existing basic knowledge in at least one WMS (e.g. SAP, JDA; SwiftLOG) German and English knowledge in word and writing Ready to travel Germany
