Your role in ZEISS Digital Innovation The Sales Service and Tender Management team at ZEISS Digital Innovation is looking for reinforcement. As a support team for sales and as an interface between marketing, sales and internal areas of expertise, the team plays a key role in handling customer requests.

Your tasks include: Support in the analysis and response of tenders (tender management) and coordination and preparation of documents in the context of tenders and customer requests Research and analysis of market and competitive information to prepare sales and marketing activities Maintenance of our CRM system (Salesforce) and data management for customer and project data Preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders Support in communication with customers and internal interfaces (e.g. marketing, key account management, pre-sales, innovation) as well as administrative tasks in the daily business of the Sales Service & Tender Management Team Participation in process optimization and standardization of processes

Your profile You are fascinated by marketing, customer support and sales and bringing together targeting and communication skills? Then our team is looking forward to you!

Good study results in an economic or technical field of study (e.g. BWL, Marketing, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering) Interest in customer and sales activities Experiences in handling AI and CRM applications are advantageous. Analytical thinking and a structured working method Good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
