For the organizational unit, we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site Consultant Digital Payment (m/w/d)

In this key position, the technical responsibility for new and further development projects in the area of payment is assumed. Note: The department is currently predominantly located at the Münster site.

Integration and optimization of existing products in the payment area by identifying and implementing improvements Implementing deep data analyses and deriving recommendations to support decision-making processes Consulting and support of customers, including the proactive development of strategies for customer success Development and presentation of concepts, including corporate requirements, with focus on solution finding and coordination Process control and ensuring smooth cooperation between internal and external partners within the financial information technology, the companies of the Sparkassen Finanzgruppe and with national and international payment service providers

Successfully completed subject-related studies or comparable training At least six years of professional experience in the design, consulting and implementation of modern payment solutions, both in front-end and back-end areas as well as in business models Representative expertise in consulting and customer support with a focus on customer success Willingness to take responsibility for the design, planning and integration of projects Teamability and problem-solving competence in terms of cooperation with different stakeholders Good knowledge of English for exchange with international partners
