For our university, we are looking for part-time (75 %) at the Berlin site and unlimited one/n Facility Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibility for the maintenance of the campus building including minor repairs and maintenance work Organisation and support of land renewals, relocations and furniture renewals Regular monitoring of seminar rooms on cleanliness and functionality Coordination and control of the cleaning team and management of cleaning materials Preparation of rooms and areas for events and reconstruction Maintenance of outdoor facilities, waste management and trips to the Recyclinghof Warehouse management and resource management
