Project Manager Post-Merger Integration (m/f/d)

You take a key role in our integration team.

As the central interface of our post-Merger integration, you are responsible for the successful technical and operational combination of our purchases. In this role, you take over the (multi-)project management for our integration projects, in which you are responsible not only for the operational implementation, but actively shaping the integration process as a dynamic system. Through the targeted use of modern technologies and innovative tools, you drive a continuous improvement process to control our processes as effectively as possible and forward-looking. You act as an integrative head of our cross-departmental project teams by coordinating collaboration across specialist boundaries, maintaining synergies and thus ensuring smooth workflow for all involved.

Integration: You control the entire integration process from transfer from the M&A phase to successful completion and transfer to our Growth Team.

Coordination: You co-ordinate all the departments involved, conduct cross-departmental project teams and act with stakeholders at eye level

Project planning and management: You are planning and responsible for detailed project plans in our Asana project management tool, defining tasks, milestones and responsibilities, monitoring their compliance and accumulating themselves effectively.

Central interface function: You are the central contact person(s) in our post-Merger integrations for all stakeholders involved. Make sure everyone is on the same level.

Risk management: You proactively identify potential risks and challenges in the integration process, evaluate them and initiate appropriate countermeasures.

Team coordination and stakeholder management: You promote cross-departmental cooperation, coordinate the various work packages and report regularly on the progress of the project to stakeholders.

Experience in the insurance / financial market: You ideally have well-founded knowledge of insurance or financial management and understand operational processes in sales.

Project management expertise: You have successfully managed projects and are versed in dealing with project management tools, preferably Asana. Experience in operational post-merger integrations is advantageous, as are existing relevant qualifications according to GPM/IPMA (level C) or comparable.

Communication strength and diplomatic skill: You communicate clearly, empathically and convincingly at different hierarchical levels and can communicate between the interests of different parties.

Structured and solution-oriented mode of operation: You can look over complex processes, manage dependencies and always work organized at high work volumes, making you and others well prioritize and measurable.

Teamplayer mentality: You appreciate the team's collaboration, as a lateral leadership, you understand that you can motivate and control different areas of expertise for a common goal.

Travel readiness: You occasionally visit our business partners on site. (within Germany)
