Your mission

• Development of technical architectures and designs taking into account functionality and scalability, coupled with collaboration with customers and stakeholders to identify their business and technical requirements
• Design of integration strategies for the seamless interaction of ServiceNow with existing systems and identification of optimization potentials to increase efficiency, usability and performance
• Provide expert knowledge to maximise the use of the ServiceNow platform and technical support for developers and project teams to comply with coding standards and best practices
• Supporting implementation teams during the projects to ensure a correct implementation of architecture design, as well as reviewing the implemented solutions for quality and fulfillment of business requirements
• Conducting reviews and validations for architectures to ensure their robustness and future security and effective communication of technical concepts to different stakeholders
• Establishment and maintenance of relationships with customers and internal teams to promote effective cooperation, as well as development of solutions that can be scaled to future requirements and ensure optimal use of resources

Your skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM and HR Service Delivery and current ServiceNow certifications
• Knowledge of software and data architecture as well as integration patterns, including API integration with REST and SOAP, and middleware technologies to design stable and scalable solutions
• Ability to model and analyze business processes and to understand and document customer requirements to develop targeted solutions
• Funded knowledge of the ITIL framework for the design of efficient processes and the application of best practices to improve service management
• Ability to present technical concepts clearly and intelligibly and to establish effective relationships with stakeholders and to integrate their needs into the solution architecture
• Experience in managing projects and teams to implement ServiceNow solutions as well as commitment to mentoring and ongoing learning in the field of ServiceNow and industry trends
• As a structured team player (w/m/x) with enormous self-initative, you have a strong communication skills as well as reliable German and English skills
