Professional and disciplinary leadership of the team incl. Processing, training, sponsoring system, knowledge transfer and implementation of employee talks Further development of the team (training) and support in recruitment and selection of specialist staff Participation in process optimization and ensuring the introduction and compliance of all processes, legal, safety-relevant and hygienic requirements Ensuring service quality through controls (passes, samples, customer feedback) as well as planning, implementation, documentation and tracking of audits (Job Site, vehicle, service) incl. derivation and communication of measures Monitoring and continuous improvement of productivity based on KPIs and ensuring efficient local work preparation Responsibility for project execution and disposition in special cases (e.g. disorders, holiday planning) Responsibility for spare parts (vehicles/ warehouses) as well as resources in the area ( warehouses, company cars, equipment) Support and further development of large customers incl. Communication and sales-supporting visits as well as cooperation in (interdepartmental) projects

Complete technical training Multiannual professional experience (approx. 3–5 years) in technical field First leadership experience (1–3 years) and joy in the development of employees Funded technical understanding, ideally in the field of drinking water dispensers Safe handling of IT-supported applications and good knowledge in MS Office Embossed customer and service orientation as well as a structured operation Communication strength in internal and external exchange High level of flexibility, organisational skills and enforcement Openness for changes and continuous development German language skills in word and writing
