Expert Security Operations Lead (m/f/d)

In this role, you take the technical responsibility for the operational security team and ensure the effective provision of our security services. You are coordinating internal and external service providers, responsible for SLAs/OLAs, KPIs as well as reporting and ensuring compliance, audit security and robust vulnerability management – in close cooperation with colleagues from the IT security team. In addition, you are professionally responsible for IT security projects, supports our IT security consultants and controls IT emergency management.

DISCLOSURE:

Management of the operational security team: Priorization/Backlog, Quality Assurance and Escalation Management End-to-end management for the performance certificates “Security Services” incl. KPI monitoring, management reporting and participation in contract and performance adjustments Control and coordination of service providers for the operational implementation of IT security concepts Planning, organisation and commissioning of audits (internal/external) and consistent follow-up of Findings Responsibility for the security incident process and interface in security incidents, including BSI and internal ISMS Control of cross-service vulnerability management (identification, prioritization, remediation, effectiveness control) close cooperation with adjacent disciplines of IT compliance, especially IT risk management, IT governance and data protection Cooperation in specialist working groups and projects

DEIN PROFIL:

successful completion of studies in the field of computer science or comparable courses or comparable training with corresponding knowledge and experience multiannual experience in security operations or Managed Security Services, ideally with expert management of teams/communities broad know-how in IT infrastructure and cloud (network, server/virtualization, Microsoft 365/Azure/AWS) as well as common security technologies and processes detectable practice in provider/contract control, SLA/OLA management and KPI-based reporting very good communication and stakeholder management skills method security in ITIL/Service management; Certifications such as ITIL, ISO 27001, CISSP/CISM or PRINCE2/PMP are advantageous strong team spirit and joy in active team formation
