You come from garden and landscape construction, know the construction design from practice and want to go the next step? Our client is a traditional, family-run company from the Bergisches Land, which has been working successfully for many decades in garden and landscape construction. The focus is on the realization of large landscape and vegetation projects as well as on green service and care. In doing so, demanding projects are implemented for public and private clients. For further expansion of the area of large-scale projects, we are looking for a building manager (m/w/d), who is responsible and wants to take the next step in development together with the company. The position is particularly interesting for experienced construction managers, GaLaBau masters or technicians who already are responsible for construction sites and teams and want to take over a management position with responsibility for a complete department. Acquisition of leadership responsibility and further development of the department management with professional and organizational responsibility Own-responsible control of demanding large-scale projects in garden and landscape construction Responsibility for the quality, cost and timely execution of the projects Leadership and coordination of the pre-workers, columns and subcontractors used and their guidance and control on site Contact persons for contracting entities, subcontractors and internal interfaces throughout the entire project execution Implementation of measures and mass determinations as well as support in costing and supply creation Responsibility for performance reports, performance management and quality and audit

Complete training with training as a master or technician in horticultural and landscape construction or a study in landscape construction, landscape architecture or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the construction management or Project processing in garden and landscape construction, ideally in large project business Experience in managing and coordinating employees and entrepreneurs Good knowledge of scale, billing, follow-up management and economic project management First leadership experience is desirable; Leadership, enforcement and the desire to take over more responsibility in perspective are crucial Responsibility, enforcement and an independent and structured way of working Willingness to further develop professionally and personally and to take over perspective leadership responsibility for a department
