Service Technician Quality Concrete Construction & Hybrid Tower (m/f/d)

As a service engineer:in concrete construction and hybrid towers, you support regional field support in quality assurance, inspection and technical support at our construction sites. You ensure compliance with processes and standards and work closely with internal teams and external partners. Your work ensures that our hybrid tower constructions meet the highest safety and quality requirements. Conducting inspections, quality controls and final collections on hybrid tower segments and concrete components Monitor construction and assembly processes and conduct audits on HSE and quality standards Apply and control the Quality Control Plan (QCP) and relevant technical documentation Creating technical reports, analyzing damage cases and daily documenting quality data Support and schools of technicians: internal and external interfaces Identify, document and track non-conformities during the construction phase Participation in the development of processes and technical concepts for increasing efficiency

Complete technical training or technical studies in construction, mechanical engineering or comparable First professional experience in quality assurance, construction or assembly, ideally in the environment of wind energy or comparable structures Knowledge of production, assembly or repair processes of concrete or hybrid constructions Analytical thinking as well as structured and solution-oriented working methods Good knowledge of English and safe handling of MS Office readiness for regular travel and operations at changing locations as well as up to 200 m altitude Strong awareness of work safety and routine in handling quality guidelines
