Project Manager Capacity and Resource Planning (Teaching and Campus Infrastructure) (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the data-based analysis of capacity, resource and usage scenarios and thereby guide strategic action recommendations for the further development of teaching and infrastructure You will independently develop analyses and reports that serve as a basis for decision-making for teaching and spatial planning and thus contribute significantly to the development of infrastructure You research, select and provide relevant data to create strategic reports, presentations and decision templates and to support sound decision-making processes You are responsible for creating capacity planning and corresponding evaluations in the field of teaching. Make sure that the available resources are used optimally and future needs are detected early You develop and monitor project and timetables for a structured process and the timely implementation of the individual measures You plan and implement measures for building and space infrastructure In addition, you bring your know-how into further strategic projects within the framework of campus expansion

a successfully completed academic degree (on Master level) relevant, multiannual professional experience in higher education is desirable very good knowledge in handling MS Office applications, in particular a pronounced expertise in Excel excellent knowledge of German and English in word and writing well-founded knowledge in project management analytical thinking and the ability to quickly capture complex relationships strong communication skills in cooperation with different stakeholders high reliability and time accuracy a careful, independent operation and a high self-initiative
