You include the elected members of the District Day, which as a political body organizes the tasks of the district.

In the context of the jurisdiction of the Oberbayern district, You conduct pay negotiations with entities and services in the field of integration assistance and assistance for care (outpatient, [part] stationary and special housing) until the conclusion of a compensation and care allowance agreement. In the field of integration assistance, you will cooperate closely with the regional co-ordination staff in completing the performance agreements which form the basis for the negotiation of remuneration and care rates.

• Help for nursing guide the negotiations together with the employees of the nursing community in Bavaria as a leading body.

With a view to your field of activity, you will also work in internal and external bodies to solve specific questions and exchange regularly on developments that are currently emerging.

You have a successful degree in the 3rd level of qualifications, the administrative and financial discipline, or

• the employment training II or a relevant Higher Education Programme (Diplom [FH] / Bachelor) in the degree programme ''Business Administration'' or ''Management, Public Management'' or ''Volkswirtschaftslehre'' or ''Social Economy'' or ''Social Management'' or ''Social Management'', or (m/w/d) or full lawyer (m/w/d).

You also have well-founded knowledge and multiannual experience in controlling, cost accounting or calculation, in the cost structure of remuneration and care rates, in the supranational social assistance and in collective bargaining.

In order to understand the above-mentioned tasks, you also have security in dealing with the common PC standard programs (MS Office), in particular Excel, and also experience in the application of SOZIUSopenÜ or the willingness to work into this and other programs. In addition, you have a class B driver's licence, including the willingness to make local appointments. The places are not always accessible to disabled persons. A high degree of communication capability in German with very good written and oral expressive capacity is also possible (at least C1 level). In addition, you are characterized by a very good organizational capacity, negotiation skills and team skills. A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a safe and sovereign occurrence – even in stress situations – are your strengths.
