Team Leader (f/m/d) for the Technology Department Decentralized Production Sites

The Technology decentralized production site division implements the technical operation of the following locations: BR Franken - Regionalstudios Mainfranken, Oberpfalz, Schwaben, Oberbayern - Production offices Vienna, Rome, Istanbul, Tel Aviv - Capital Studio Berlin and Bavarian Landtag in Munich and 24 correspondent offices in Bavaria. The technical operation includes the provision of the entire cross-media technology and its efficient workflows in order to implement productions economically and appropriately. In this context, the specialist group ensures a permanent exchange of information between the competent editors, the production personnel on site, IT and production management. As a team leader, you organize the workflows and guide your team professionally. You motivate your team members and promote their performance. You accompany and shape transformation processes that affect this area in terms of personnel and technologies.

Organisational and technical responsibility for the management of the Technology Division Operational responsibility for all mobile and studio facilities as well as their distribution paths at the respective locations (crossmedial) Support department management in transformation processes and strategic topics as well as personnel and investment planning Organisation and implementation of security and crisis training Project responsibility for business and investment projects and cooperation in working groups Ensure smooth workflows and continuous communication with internal and external stakeholders Optimize production methods/technologies, development and Introduction of new innovative and economic production processes Realize crash strategies, coordinate troubleshoots and reporting Creating decision-relevant templates (e.g. usage concepts, SLAs, decision-making and information templates, participation in tender documents)

Completed relevant studies from the media sector (e.g. media technology or production) Long-term professional experience in media production especially in terms of networking systems and processes Experience and enjoyment of professional staff management and the economic use of personnel and resources Very good knowledge of modern production technologies, preferably complex audio productions Very good understanding of complex technical relationships combined with joy in the development of new technologies Conceptual and analytical work and joy in project management High commitment, enforcement and communication skills
