Become part of our team Ö We are looking for you as a janitor! For our customers - a large house management with its own property stock - we are now looking for a reliable and dedicated homemaster (m/w/d)

We offer you

• Fair remuneration - according to experience up to 3,500 EUR gross/month

Your tasks

• Regular control and maintenance of buildings and outdoor installations
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance work
• Care of tenants and support in technical matters
• Monitoring of foreign companies and service providers
• Outdoor care and cleaning (winter service, garden care, waste disposal)
• Reporting of disturbances and damage to the house administration

Your profile

• Complete craft training (e.g. electricians / electronics, installer, painter, locksmith, etc.) desirable
• Experience as a master or facility management of advantage
• Self-employed and reliable operation
• Technical understanding and craftsmanship
