Application Administrator: SAP SD / MM (m/f/d)

Advising our users in dealing with the SAP modules SD (factory) and MM (material management) as well as supporting technical and technical issues Your tasks include second-level support, including fault analysis, quality assurance and independent clarification of enquiries and requirements You ensure that our users are fully informed and the specialist offices are supported in the best possible way when using the SAP modules. The design and implementation of user training and workshops is also part of your task Creation of user information, training documents, manuals and documentation You actively contribute to developing the SAP modules SD and MM and to make them sustainable A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

a completed university degree in the IT field or in a comparable technical degree course; or A completed IT training (e.g. specialist informatics) with at least three years of relevant professional experience or occupancy of the advanced information technology service with relevant experience In the case of foreign financial statements, the submission of recognition in Germany (e.g. leadership title engineer) or proof of an equivalent degree is necessary. In the case of certificates and diplomas not drawn up in German, a translation by qualified interpreters or translators is required. Good SAP knowledge, ideally in the modules SD and MM as well as knowledge in the fields of materials management and/or sales Analytical, structured and independent working methods as well as team skills and responsibility Ability to make complex facts understandable and to gain others for their own concerns German language and written knowledge (mind. C1 level)
