Thousands of guests are spoiled per day in the seven canteens – a mammoth task. In addition, the Airport Cater Service will manage events with up to 20,000 guests. The preparation of food is also part of your daily work, such as setting up menus and purchasing ingredients. After training, you are well equipped for dealing with guests and have learned to keep a cool head even in stressful situations. You will learn the theoretical foundations in block lessons at Bergiusschule in Frankfurt In our operating restaurants you will learn working techniques and cooking methods for preparing start-up, main, and desserts The use of appliances, kitchen machines and consumer goods is provided to you. The application and compliance of regulations and principles for personal and operational hygiene plays an important role in this respect. To promote your personal development, we also offer you various trainings and seminars

You have a recognised school degree You are interested in mathematics and German subjects You are flexible and reliable and have fun working with food For you.
