You advise our customers competently and comprehensively on all essential issues – in particular on insurance, reporting and contribution issues You undertake the processing of residues in employers and members, including dunning and enforcement, and insolvency You ensure that outstanding claims, such as contributions or payments, are realized You inspire our customers through professional advice and win new members for the SBK You actively maintain networks and interfaces to develop and strengthen the SBK community
