Preparing and updating the billing of fees for a defined group of employees in the SAP HCM system, taking into account different collective agreements and non-tariff regulations, as well as the relevant wage tax, social insurance and supplementary provisions Responsibility for the follow-up activities of the monthly billing run (payment run, voting pay payments with booking) Contact person for our employees, managers and specialists in questions on pay billing, correspondence with offices and external authorities Monitoring the digital reporting process to external authorities and interfaces as well as compiling appropriate certificates Responsibility for the assessment of special accounting groups (students, students, interns, trainees, slightly paid employees, temporary employees, employed pensioners) Handling Establishment and verification of additional public service obligations Creation of evaluations and supervision of certification as well as maintenance of personal files Supporting the telephone hotline for a defined area as well as cooperation and support in defined HR projects

Successfully completed three years of commercial training or completed university studies (Diplom FH/Bachelor) with an economic orientation At least 5 years of professional experience in pay billing Current, profound knowledge of working, collective, social security law and SAP HCM knowledge Understanding economic, structural and process relationships Impressed team capacity, communication strength and enforcement capability
