Your duties

• expert support of the chef in the preparation of hot and cold dishes for the residents of the nursing home.
• preparation of ingredients, such as washing, cutting and portioning of food, with strict compliance current hygiene guidelines.
• Help with the smooth food output and the appealing Set up daily meals.
• ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the kitchen and Storage area according to the HACCP guidelines.

Our requirements

• A successfully completed training as a co-cook, Housekeeping or a comparable qualification gastronomic environment.
• First professional experience in a large kitchen, in catering or in System gastronomy, ideally related to care or Health facilities.
• A high level of quality awareness and sound knowledge the applicable hygiene rules (a valid Infection protection is advantageous).
• Reliability, strong teamability and a structured, independent working.
