After extensive incorporation, you are responsible for the administrative daily business of our envelope hall and form the interface to the warehouse processes As a manager, you are professional and disciplinary for the management of up to 50 camp employees (m/w/d) and are responsible for their training and further development The planning and implementation of the process processes in compliance with the legal regulations falls into your field of activity You ensure the availability and efficient use of labour and personnel as well as the maintenance and maintenance of value Maintenance of the handling warehouse You ensure compliance with the quality requirements and agree with other specialist departments regarding the processes Monitoring the development of KPIs in the envelope camp (budget, cost, result, quality and productivity) and introducing appropriate improvement measures/process optimizations Implementation of the strategy and derived strategic planning for its own area

You have a completed Business Studies (BA/FH/UNI) with specialization Logistics or an apprenticeship as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services with corresponding further training to the transport specialist (m/w/d) or have relevant professional experience in the transfer hall of a forwarding service Its aim is to take responsibility for an area and to establish itself in this role on intensive incorporation. You also have process knowledge in the forwarding/logistic field as well as a hand-on mentality The handling of the MS Office package is easy for you and you master basic knowledge of the English language. Other language skills are advantageous Problem-solving capability, outcome orientation and communication skills are necessary for the successful performance of the activity and are rounded off by enforcement, resilience and rapid decision-making
