Experience & know-how: Several years of experience in IT security, including vulnerability management and incident response Cloud Security: Hands-on experience acquired and maintained Azure and/or AWS environments Security Automation: Experience with vulnerability platform managements (e.g. Rapid7, Nessus, Qualys), SOAR workflows, and security automation Scripting: Proficiency in PowerShell and/or Python Application Security: Knowledge of secure software development and security testing practices Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network security, SIEM, XDR/EDR, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, encryption technologies, and security monitoring tools Personality & Working Style: Self-motivated, analytical, solution-oriented team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills Languages & Qualifications: Fluent English; German, relevant certifications, a degree in a related field, and knowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, or SOC 2 are identical
