Conception, implementation and evaluation of qualification programs as part of a comprehensive automation project Conception, organisation and evaluation of training and training measures for different target groups of professional employees and executives Analysis and evaluation of training needs and the management of development talks Building and continuous development of structures, instruments and processes of personnel development Investigation and determination of qualification requirements in close cooperation with the departments Coordination and coordination with internal and external contacts Control of external training partners and ensuring successful implementation

Successfully completed studies or comparable qualification with a focus on staff, pedagogy or a related subject, as an alternative a completed training with relevant multi-month additional qualification Experience in personnel development, ideally in an industrial environment Joy in developing staff development conceptually and working together Structured, responsible and independent operation Communication strength and a secure sense for different target groups – from professional employees to executives Enthusiasm for accompanying people in change processes and actively shaping qualifications English knowledge desirable
