Responsibility for Sea freight at Hamburg Leadership, development and clear management of an existing team Active expansion of the business by new customer acquisitions and development of existing customers Construction and maintenance of resilient customer relationships at decision level Development and implementation of sales strategies – with clear result orientation Responsibility for Budget, Result and KPIs Ensuring efficient, pragmatic processes along the transport chain Close cooperation with international partners and networks

Multiannual experience in leading function in sea freight (import/export) Detectionable sales success in the forwarding environment Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and high own drive leadership experience as well as the ability to create clarity and challenge responsibility High resilience and decision strength – even in dynamic situations Sovereign dealing with different personalities at all levels Very good market knowledge in the Hamburg area as well as a resilient network of advantage Communication strength, negotiation security and enforcement Good English knowledge of word and writing
