Your tasks: Consolidate the backlog list with all actions categorized as new or required adaptation (MS Excel, Multitasking). Prepare sprint planning for the decided tasks and follow up on the actions weekly (Action tracking and ownership). Coordinate manufacturing resources to deliver increments within the factory/region for the sprints (People management and project management). Understand ideas for simplification of references and parts, and develop an action plan with detailed information on savings, timeline, and execution plan. Lead continuous improvement of agile experiments in the plant squad team and collaboration with stakeholders through regular reflection and practice to maximize customer priorities.
