You are responsible for the development, integration and operation of a Privileged Access Management (PAM) for the Deichmann Group You support the further development and operation of the central identity and access management (IAM) based on Microsoft Entra To do this, you build a user lifecycle management and establish a role and authorization management of identity of people and systems in IT systems and applications You advise and support specialist departments on all issues of identity and access management, from the acceptance and assessment of technical requirements, to implementation You analyze, standardize and automate process processes around the administration of privileged identities and access rights on various applications, systems and resources, according to IT security requirements

You have a successfully completed study of computer science or a comparable training with several years of experience in the field of identity and access management You have profound knowledge and practical experience in implementing and managing IAM with Entra ID and a PAM solution You have already successfully established Identity and Access Management or Privileged Access Management solutions, including the coordination of resources and compliance with schedules You have knowledge of the configuration and management of Entra ID, including the creation and administration of user accounts, groups and roles, as well as the implementation of security policies Relevant certifications in the field of IAM and PAM are advantageous Self-employed and structured work as well as analytical skills and a conceptual way of thinking are of course for you You have strong communication skills to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders and to convey technical information clearly and understandably Good knowledge of English in word and writing complete your profile
