With these activities you make an active contribution to the common good in our city: Contact person for energy issues in the field of construction and interface between energy management, construction and technology With design, development and implementation of energy and sustainable building standards for municipal building management Support in the definition and implementation of energy quality standards in construction projects, in particular in terms of structural implementation and material selection Identification, planning and coordination of energy efficiency and sustainability measures, in particular in the field of structural measures (e.g. building envelope) Advising colleagues from civil engineering and technology in questions related to energy and sustainability Optimization of internal processes and interfaces to increase efficiency in technical and energy building operations

Successfully completed higher education (Diplom (FH) / Bachelor) of Civil Engineering, Architecture (preferably with focus on energy-efficient building) or comparable discipline Analytical and conceptual skills in the sense of a structured working and work organisation Social competence in the sense of communication strength and team capacity secure handling of MS Office products Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook German language skills In addition, preferably bring: Experience in the field, energy efficiency, sustainability or climate-friendly construction professional experience in project management and the planning and implementation of energy-efficient construction projects Knowledge of GEG, ISO 50001 and VDI 3807 Understanding municipal structures and processes in building and energy management
