Examination and evaluation of tax bases for overnight and dog tax in indoor and outdoor services are your tasks You are responsible for tax charges in more difficult cases Your duties also include checking the tax liability for the tax on overnight stay and dog tax and processing of tax exemption applications, tax reduction, tax redemption and repayments The processing of remedies, including the preparation of objection decisions, falls within your area of responsibility The aggravation of offences including the adoption of fines and the processing of forced money procedures also belong to your area of responsibility The grant of information to taxable persons and authorised third parties completes the area of responsibility A change or addition of the task area is reserved.

A completed degree as Bachelor of Arts Public Management or Diplom-administering/in or Diplom-Financialist/in the Department of General Finance Bachelor of Laws General Finance or a comparable university degree or A degree as an administrative specialist (e.g. employee training II) or comparable qualification with professional experience in administration or Control range Specially qualified employees of the middle management service (min. A9) who have already started the course of the ascent, or employees who have already started the training as an administrative specialist Knowledge and legal knowledge in general administrative law, desirable knowledge in municipal tax law Good knowledge of MS Office applications are presumed to be of advantage in SAP-PSCD, KM-V and Aksa-Net (Audius) Friendly and safe occurrence in customer contact Individual initiative, team capacity and enforcement capability
