Head of Digital Marketing (m/f/d)

You lead a cross-functional team, promote its further development and ensure clear goals and performance transparency. You design the strategic development of all digital platforms, products and services and develop vision, target image and roadmap. You position Mewa in digital competition and derive the right initiatives from trends and technologies. You develop concepts for lead generation, brand building and an optimal customer journey. You initiate and control new digital projects and select suitable partners, agencies and service providers. You are responsible for the technical development of our websites, shops and digital ecosystems. You develop the social media strategy and ensure consistent taxation across all relevant channels. You control performance marketing activities, analyze KPIs and optimize our digital measures data-based. You ensure digital brand and CI uniformity and ensure data protection as well as legal communication.

You have a degree in marketing, business or communication as well as long-term professional experience in digital marketing. You bring multi-year disciplinary leadership experience in digital areas such as Web, Social and Tech. You have sound know-how in digital strategy, performance marketing, social media, web analytics, SEO/SEA and marketing automation. You work agile and have experience with methods such as Scrum, Kanban, OKRs and cooperation in cross-functional teams. You are technology- and data-affin and understand topics such as APIs, Tracking, Consent Management and Big Data Analysis. You think and act consistently customer-oriented, have a strong UX focus and experience in user-centric campaigns as well as the design of cross-channel customer journeys. You communicate in writing as well as oral in German at the native language level as well as in English. You convince with leadership set, strategic thinking, high self-motivation, clear communication and a pronounced hand-on mentality. You safely present at management level and prepare complex content in a clear and targeted manner.
